I've now managed to get hcp working with the new CHPP interfaces. However, I need to do a couple of more things to get it going entirely as the messages returned from hattrick has changed (to the better) and I need to be able to handle them in a better way.

I'll also add a couple of missing flags and prepare the database for upcomming features, like youth.

Btw. It's totally astonishing to see the activity around HCP, the amount of users using it and all the positive feedback I get even though it hasn't been updated for a year. Thank you all for that.
