HCP 2.9.76 GOLD released

This is a small maintenance release atempting to fix a problem when downloading the match archive which ended up in a loop it never got out of.

Worlddetails are now also downloaded through the new XML interface provided by Hattrick.

I've not found a solution to the compact DB problem as I can't reproduce it myself. Those of you having this problem, please contact support@h-c-p.net and we'll diagnose it from there.
