As some of you might already seen, HCP has a new owner in Hattrick. This is because a very nice guy offered me to help me continue the HCP project. That was the kind of injection I needed to keep it running! So HCP will continue to be supported! We are currently discussing how the future would be. Stay tuned for more information!

Hi all,HCP hasn't been maintained the last years. Thats mainly because I didn't find the time when I started to work at Extralives, for Hattrick. My heart simply moved to the core of Hattrick.A couple of months ago I left my work at Extralives and Hattrick for new adventures. Since then I havn't played Hattrick and I do not intend to play in the future either. Until I left Extralives I still had big plans to develop HCP further, but I do not now. These plans died with my employment.Today my Hattrick account also died so I guess everything is official now. This is IT. HCP will stop to work eventually. It will continue to work as long as HCP services/applications is still working and as long as Hattrick doesn't change the CHPP interface. So long and thank you for your support during these years!

Finally, the new version is ready. The following is fixed:* Added flags for: Al yaman, Uman, Moçambique , Negra Brunei, Republic Ghana, Prateh Kampuchea, Benin, Suriyah* Adjusted Arena costs to the new ones* Fixed installer so it recognizes Vista and downloads .NET framework 1.1 when not installed.* Fixed Match downloads so it works with the new hattrick format. It doesn't contain any new features. I'm postponing them for a little while to see the effects of everything that is new. However the entire training system needs to be adjusted a lot and I'll focus on that during next weeks.I've tested this version on Windows XP, Vista and Vista x64. Windows 9x, ME isn't supported but it will probably work.Thank you all for your support!Stay tuned.Thomas

To be released during the weekend, hopefully during sunday evening (11:th of November 2007)Update: 2007-11-10 18:45I've now managed to get hcp working with the new CHPP interfaces. However, I need to do a couple of more things to get it going entirely as the messages returned from hattrick has changed (to the better) and I need to be able to handle them in a better way.I'll also add a couple of missing flags and prepare the database for upcomming features, like youth.Btw. It's totally astonishing to see the activity around HCP, the amount of users using it and all the positive feedback I get even though it hasn't been updated for a year. Thank you all for that.Stay tuned.

I know you're all full of expectation on the next version of HCP. I fully understand that as it was a year since last version was released. To calm you down a little I'll release a new version of HCP during next season break. It's necessary as you won't be able to download matchdata through HCP after that due to major changes at Hattrick. It's affecting all applications not only HCP.That version will however not include any new features. I'm postponing them for a little while as there are so many changes going on at Hattrick and I wan't to see the result and effect of that first.Stay tuned.Thomas

Hi All!It has been a long time since you heard any news about HCP, if it's still alive, if it's still developed or if it's still supported...The answer is yes! It is still alive, it's still beeing developed and it's ofcourse still supported. The short answer to the lack of updates lately is: Lack of personal free time because of work. The long answer is as follows:In August 2006 I started working for Extralives, the company that develops Hattrick and Popomundo. I've since then spent all time I possibly had on learning hattrick code. The learning curve has stopped to point straight upwards now so I guess everything will calm down a bit in a month or two.So if you see a guy called HT-Thomas on hattrick Conferences, that's me. Said this, HCP will NOT give you more exact results than any other Assistant manager. As you probably understand, I can't give you that. I will still continue to use wahtever public formulas developed by other people that are commonly used and accepted among the mass of hattrick players.I can't give you an update on the next version yet, but I'm working on it and will post information about it asap.Stay tuned and thank you for using HCP!//Thomas
